I’m Dr. Alaina Doyle. My journey into discovering the talents and strengths of others started when I helped individuals who experienced challenges and setbacks. Through, patience and partnership, I have developed individuals to discover their hidden potential and set goals to accomplish great things. My background and expertise is in the human resource development field and I applied the techniques I learned to establish a coaching plan to bring about change in their performance and lives.
Clients should choose to work with me because of the lessons I’ve learned through multiple setbacks as I transitioned from the military, individual contributor to manager, manager to executive. I’ve overcome fear of failure, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome.

How it all started
The journey in employee development began over two decades ago while leading cross-functional corporate learning teams in delivering exceptional experiences. Through the lessons I learned in the military, I established a team first environment and common mission to ensure the team accomplished their goals.
